Sarastia Oy, commissioned by HS-Vesi, requests your offer for combination car services and TV imaging services for wastewater and stormwater sewers in accordance with the tender documents for the HS Water operating area (Hämeenlinna, Hattula and Akaa).

The tendering process will be carried out in an open procedure, on the basis of which one (1) bidder with the most points will be selected as the supplier of the package. The contract period is three (3) years and the contract can be extended until further notice. The contract shall commence at the earliest once the procurement decision has entered into force.

Questions concerning the tendering process must be submitted in accordance with the tender documents in the Tender Service portal by 19.6.2023 by 12:00.

The procurement covers combination vehicle services and TV imaging services for wastewater and stormwater sewers during the agreement period in HS-Vesi's operating area.

The service descriptions and equipment requirements are set out in Annex 1 to the contract annexed to this invitation to tender.

The agreement includes a quantity purchase obligation for one (1) combination car + driver 7.5h/weekday (37.5h/week). For other services, the Customer has no volume purchase obligation.
