The subject of the tender is a turnkey contract that includes turnkey contractor, engineering, architectural and landscape architecture services for the construction of a new nursing home under the General Housing Act, a total of 7,500 m² of so-called eligible nursing home area or financed service area.

The housing association is constructing the nursing home in agreement with Greve Municipality. NOTE: Tegnestuen Vandkunsten already has a consultant agreement with the contracting entity, and is included in the further cooperation with the turnkey contractor. Therefore, there is NO demand for additional architectural and landscape architect competencies in the tender.

The turnkey contract includes the design and execution of a two-storey nursing home with a partial basement: 72 social care homes (4,680 m²) with associated service areas (2,820 m²), The contracting entity's cooperation with Greve Municipality is ongoing. Preliminary project proposal available. This, which in the tender is referred to as "indicative", is the basis for further cooperation on project optimization and further design.

The focal point and theme of the turnkey contract competition is: "Early involvement for mutual cooperation, which ensures the buildability of the project. It is the contracting entity's view that no one is particularly well served by either receiving or submitting traditional fixed-price offers at present, if this can be avoided. The price competitive parameter is therefore based on a cost criterion, according to which price competition is based on specified gross margin (DB) and prices for specified consultancy services. In the tender, it is assumed that 'traditional fixed pricing' will be postponed until schedule B of the construction project and/or finally agreed before the physical start of construction (currently expected around autumn 2024). In the intervening period, the Parties shall cooperate jointly on open calculations. Other competitive parameters are of an organisational, collaborative and 'approachual/creative' nature, where emphasis is placed on the tenderer's concrete proposals for project optimisation in order to make the possible realisation of the construction project probable within the financial framework.

The project also has a sustainable ambition, which is to be included in the further project collaboration.
