The subject of the contract is the collection, collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating in the Wrocław Municipality within Sector I — Old Town and Downtown.

In the course of the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will

1) the equipment of the property operated with containers together with the maintenance of them in appropriate sanitary, cleaning and technical condition and the supply of bags intended for the collection of municipal waste in the number necessary to ensure the proper implementation of the service,

2) Receiving, collecting, transporting and management of municipal waste received directly from the site of the property operated,

3) the implementation of submissions sent by the Contracting Authority concerning the exchange/substitution/prohibition of containers from operated properties,

4) collection, collection, transport and management of waste from separate collection of bulky waste collected in containers,

5) receiving, collecting, transporting and managing waste from the selective collection of expired medicines,

6) disposal of waste accumulated in places not intended for this purpose,

7) performing intervention work,

8) collection, transport and management of waste indicated by the Ordering Party, collected in PSZOK operating in the Sector,

9. achieving annual levels:

(a) reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage,

(b) preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste,

10) preparing reports and balance sheets on the activities performed and the annual levels of waste management achieved,

11) at the separate request of the Ordering Party, to lease containers intended for the collection of municipal waste, on the terms set out in the SWU, for a maximum period of 2 months from the date of completion of the service.
