Open procedure for the concession of residential and semi-residential service to be held at the health care residences “San Francesco” located at the Municipality of Asciano and “Nilde Iotti ” located at the Municipality of Monteroni d'Arbia — single lot — CIG: 8753272490.

The subject of this call is the granting of the social and health care service of residential and semi-residential nature in favor of elderly people who are not self-sufficient unable to stay at their home or persons under the age of 65 with degenerative pathologies similar to senile decay.

The concession covers the following health facilities:

— RSA/RA/CD called “San Francesco” located in the Municipality of Asciano (SI),

— RSA/CD called “Nilde Iotti” located in the Municipality of Monteroni d'Arbia (SI).

The total value of the concession shall be EUR 39 675 281,25 as detailed in the tender documentation.
