This contract comprises services processed at mixed prices, comprising a flat-rate part and a unit price part processed on the basis of purchase orders with a maximum annual amount.
-The services at a fixed global price relate to unblocking and cleaning/descaling interventions, in common areas
- The unit price part of the framework agreement will be used for services on groups of new buildings included during the period or in the event of the addition of the "annual cleaning" service on existing complexes (see CCP) and one-off interventions of unclogging, video inspection and pumping.
