At the beginning of the 2023/2024 school year, the Ennepe-Ruhr district will have to award new school catering services (lunch catering) for two special schools and one comprehensive school.

Production, preparation and delivery of school meals

Production, preparation and delivery of school meals at the Wilhelm-Kraft-Gesamtschule, the Hiddinghausen school and the Kämpenschule

The services include:

• Implementation of lunch catering in the Cook & Chill process

• Handling of the ordering system at the above-mentioned schools as well as handling of the billing system with the meal participants at the Wilhelm-Kraft-Gesamtschule

• Planning, production and preparation of meals for lunch at the aforementioned schools at the contractor's premises

• Transport of the produced food to the aforementioned schools including cleaning of the required transport containers (The regeneration and distribution of the food is carried out by the client).

• Disposal of food waste at the respective schools, including the provision of the necessary waste containers, in accordance with the relevant legal and hygiene regulations
