European tender for the rental and maintenance of MFPs and repro machines and the delivery of Management software, print management software and supplies

The objective of this tender is to optimally meet the contracting authority's need for printing, copying and scanning.

Type 1: full color MFP A3 and A4 minimum 30 PPM: seven.

Type 2: full color reproduction machine A3 and A4 at least 85 PPM: two.

Total number of machines: nine.

Total number of black and white prints (per year) approximately: 4,000,000.

Total number of full color prints (per year) approximately: 500,000.
