The subject of the contract are services entitled Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses and canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Dąbrowa Tarnowska, Połaniec and Staszów.

The order consists of the following parts:

Part 1 – Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Dąbrowa Tarnowska – stage 1,

Part 2 – Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Dąbrowa Tarnowska – stage 2,

Part 3 – Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the Połaniec NW – stage 1,

Part 4 – Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the Połaniec NW – stage 2,

Part 5 – Comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses and canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Staszów.

The subject of the contract for Lot 1 is the comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Dąbrowa Tarnowska – stage 1. Part 1 includes the following tasks:

-Żymanka - clearing the bottom and mowing the edges,

-Tributary from under the trunk (J-4) - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks,

-Patryński - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks.

The task entitled - Żymanka - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks includes a service consisting in mechanical mowing with flail mowers dense and hard lichens from the slopes of the watercourse and technological belts along the entire length. In the case of a swath should be raked and folded on the upper edges of the slopes. Manual mowing in places inaccessible to mechanical equipment. Hacking plants in the bottom and depositing the spoil on the upper edges of the watercourse along with the spreading of the excavated output. Export of excavated material (at km 7+480 – 7+980, at km 8+510-9+500, at km 10+150-10+440). Cutting rare bushes without grubbing with chopping with chipping.

Task entitled - Inflow from under the trunk (J-4) - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks includes a service consisting in manual cutting of bushes and self-sown trees from slopes with grubbing up locally along the entire length of the watercourse along with chopping with a chipper. Mechanical mowing with flail mowers of dense, hard lichens from slopes with complementary raking. The task entitled - Patryński - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks includes a service consisting in mechanically mowing dense, hard lichens from the slopes of the watercourse along the entire length with flail mowers. - Smęgorzówka - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks,

- Olesieńka - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks,

- Dziki Potok (Szarwarczanka) - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks,

- Nieczajka - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks.

The task entitled - Smęgorzówka - clearing the bottom and mowing the banks includes a service consisting in mechanical mowing with flail mowers dense, hard lichens from the slopes of the watercourse along the entire length. In the case of a swath should be raked and folded on the upper edges of the slopes. Manual mowing in places inaccessible to mechanical equipment. The subject of the contract for Lot 3 is the comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the Połaniec NW – stage 1. Part 3 includes the following tasks:

-Service related to mowing slopes, bottom hacking and removing bushes on the Tributary from Grabów at km 0+000 - 8+434,

-Service related to mowing slopes, bottom hacking and removing bushes on the Tributary from Sroczków at km 0+000 - 8+000,

-Service related to mowing slopes, bottom hacking and removing shrubs on the A-12 Canal at km 0+000-1+305.

Task entitled - The service related to mowing slopes, hacking the bottom and removing bushes on the Tributary from Grabów at km 0+000 - 8+434 includes a service consisting in mowing dense hard lichens from slopes, raking and transferring mowed lichens from slopes and folding on the upper edge of the slope, mechanical and manual hacking of the canal bed, clearing by removing blockages hindering the free flow of water, fragmentation of the extracted spoil, removal of shrubs using a chainsaw, the material obtained should be derived and managed on its own or shredded in a chipper.

Task entitled - Service related to mowing slopes, hacking the bottom and removing bushes on the A-12 Canal in km. 0+000-1+305 includes the service of mowing dense hard lichens from skap, raking and transferring mowed lichens from slopes and folding on the upper edge of the slope, mechanical and manual hacking of the canal bed, clearing by removing blockages hindering the free flow of water, fragmentation of extracted spoil, removal of bushes using a chainsaw, the obtained material should be derived and managed on its own or shredded in a chipper.

The Contractor is obliged to carry out environmental supervision throughout the entire period of work on the following principles. The detailed scope of tasks performed as part of environmental supervision is specified in §13 – model contract constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under Lot 3, the terms of implementation and the obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Lot 3 constituting Annexes No. 1c to the SWZ, Bill of quantities for Part 3 constituting Annexes No. 2c to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 12 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract for Part 4 is the comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the Połaniec NW – stage 2. Part 4 includes the following tasks:

-Service related to mowing slopes, bottom hacking and removing shrubs on the Zyblikiewicz Canal No. 1 at km 0+000 -14+770,

-Service related to mowing slopes, bottom hacking and removing shrubs on the Zyblikiewicz Canal No. 2 at km 0+000 -17+190.

The subject of the contract for Part 5 is the comprehensive maintenance of rivers, watercourses, canals, water reservoirs in the area of NW Staszów. Part 5 includes the following tasks:

- Service related to mowing bank slopes, hacking, removing shrubs on the watercourse Tributary from Grzybowo at km 0+000 - 2+300,

- Service related to mowing slopes, bank slopes, hacking and removing shrubs on the Struga Oleśnicka watercourse at km 0+000 - 6+300 and 12+300 - 12+600

- Service related to mowing bank slopes, hacking, removing shrubs and securing the bank slope on the Koniemłocki Stream at km 0+000 - 6+100

- Service related to mowing bank slopes, hacking, removal of shrubs and demolition of beaver dams on the Sanica River at km 26+000 - 27+000 - decision of WUOZ.
