The subject of the contract is the collection and management of screenings, sand pit contents, stabilized municipal sewage sludge produced by the Employer, i.e. ZPWiK Sp. z o. o. in Zabrze. The subject of this contract has been divided into 3 lots:
Part I - Collection and development of Skratki produced by the Employer, i.e. ZPWiK Sp. z o. o. in Zabrze (waste code 19 08 01):

Collection and management of screenings from two treatment plants ZPWiK Sp. z o. o. with a total of about 550 Mg / year of waste, including: Śródmieście, ul. J. Pestalozzie 10, about 300 Mg / year, Mikulczyce, ul. Leśna 168, approx. 250 Mg / year.
Assumption of responsibility for managing the collected waste in accordance with art. 27 section 3 of the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701 as amended) - in the content of the ToR as the "act".
Waste properties:
collected waste is marked in accordance with the waste catalog specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 9.12.2014 regarding the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 29.12.2014, item 1923).
Under normal atmospheric conditions (without rainfall), the supply of screenings from both treatment plants will take place on an ongoing basis (on average 1 to 2 times a week in the amount of about 10 Mg). In the event of intense precipitation, we reserve the right to export periodically an increased amount of waste.
Waste generated in the sewage treatment plants Śródmieście and Mikulczyce may not meet the criteria for admitting waste to landfill other than hazardous and inert waste, mainly due to the increased value of dissolved organic carbon (RWO).
Collection and management of sandstone content from two Employer's treatment plants, with a total amount of about 900 Mg / year of waste, including: Śródmieście, ul. J. Pestalozziego 10, about 400 Mg / year, Mikulczyce, ul. Leśna 168, approx. 500 Mg / year.
Assumption of responsibility for the management of the collected waste in accordance with Article 27 para. 3 of the Act.
Waste properties:
The collected waste is marked in accordance with the waste catalog specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of December 9, 2014 regarding the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 29.12.2014, item 1923).
Under normal weather conditions, the supply of sand from both treatment plants will be carried out on a regular basis (on average 1 to 2 times a week in the amount of about 10 Mg). In the event of intense precipitation, we reserve the right to export periodically an increased amount of waste.
Waste generated at the Śródmieście and Mikulczyce wastewater treatment plants may not meet the criteria for accepting waste for storage at a landfill for non-hazardous and inert waste.
Collection and management by the Contractor of waste in the form of stabilized municipal sewage sludge (hereinafter sewage sludge) from two sewage treatment plants of the Employer, with a total estimated amount of about 14,000 Mg / year of sludge, including:
- Śródmieście, ul. J. Pestalozzie 10, in an estimated amount of about 11,000 Mg / year,
- the place of waste collection by the Contractor in the amount of approx. 80% of the total waste is in the places where the waste is generated in the treatment plant (transport to the place of development lies with the Contractor),
- a place of waste collection by the Contractor in an amount of about 20% of the total waste is in the place of development (transport to the place of development is on the side of the Employer),
- Mikulczyce, ul. Leśna 168, in an estimated amount of about 3,000 Mg / year,
- the place of waste collection by the Contractor in the amount of 100% of the total waste is in the place of development (transport to the place of development is on the side of the Employer).
Attention! The amount of sewage sludge (in Mg) is given without conversion to dry matter.
