Scope of procurement
The assignment includes all services according to the tender specifications regarding the execution of surveillance and alarm services with associated services to the Client.
Last year, the volume was approximately SEK 8.9 million. The bidder may regard this as a guide to the scope. UM (Contracting Authority) does not provide a guarantee for the same extent during the contract period, but the scope may change during this period.
The agreement intends to be valid for 2+1+1 years (Total 4 years) with the right to cancel after 2 years with six (6) months' notice. When the agreement has expired for 4 years, it expires without prior notice. The start date of the agreement may be postponed in the event of an appeal and in the event of events that UM could not reasonably have foreseen. The total contract period will remain unchanged.

The maximum volume for the framework agreement is SEK 50 million. When purchases on this agreement have reached the maximum volume, the agreement shall expire as soon as possible and a new procurement will be carried out. The maximum volume should not be confused with the estimated scope of the procurement.
