The contracting authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out the execution of the contract involving the acquisition and ripping of wood raw material, if the execution of such activities involves the performance of work in the manner laid down in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
