The Contracting Authority wants tender offers for the delivery a solution for monitoring and real-time warning of snow avalanches along County Road 472 hp 01 km 1,340 — 2,165 Sandneslia in Gildeskål kommune. The tender offer shall also include construction of new stop signal and sign boards in the south end of the avalanche area and connection to the existing stop signal. The delivery shall be installed and be operationally ready at the latest 4.12.2015.

The supplier of the assignment shall also offer service agreements until 4.12.2017. Included should be a solution for a new internet based data tool for storing and extracting of data for use in research on avalanche monitoring and warning.
