This contract is a service contract for the maintenance of Forem's Business Intelligence (BI) tools, including the renewal of existing SAP maintenance contracts, as well as specialized consultancy services, in order to provide high-level support to Forem teams.

The purpose of this contract is the maintenance of Forem's Business Intelligence (BI) tools, as well as the related specialized consultancy services. In particular, the tools component concerns the maintenance of the existing SAP BusinessObjects infrastructure.

This contract includes several items/sub-items for the purpose of:

* Item 1: Annual maintenance of existing SAP BusinessObjects licenses

- Sous-poste 1.1 : SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, Professional Edition (CS)

- Sous-poste 1.2 : SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise, Professional Edition (user)

- Sub-item 1.3: SAP Data ServicesSAP

- Sub-item 1.4: 360

* Item 2: consultancy services in specialized "BI"
