This consultation follows a declaration of unsuccess. It is launched in open call for tenders (Articles L.2124-1, L.2124-2, R.2124-1, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code). The public contract is awarded in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders (Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-2, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code). The Framework Agreement is single-awarded. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for the initial period is 150,000 euro(s) Ht, then 75,000 euro(s) Ht for each renewal period
