Service Consession Contract.

This requirement is a key contract of strategic and legal importance to the Council. The successful Contractor will be expected to provide a service that supports both the Councils legal obligations and it's commitment to the highest standards of service.

The scope of the contract will cover monies that need to be recovered for the Borough including but not restricted to:

Council Tax and National Non Domestic Rates

Business Improvements Districts (BIDS)

Housing Benefits

Volumes for 2013/14
