1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport, collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected:

1) on all real estate inhabited by residents, located within the administrative borders of the Town and Municipality of Miękinia, covered by the municipal waste collection system, in accordance with Article 6c(1) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022.2519 of późn.zm);

2) from public points – Appendix. 2.

3) from selective municipal waste collection points, the so-called PSZOK. –Incl. 3.
