On the basis of this European public tender procedure, the Client aims to arrive at an insurance contract with one (1) Contractor in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012, who can ensure a high-quality service at the most attractive price possible for the 'Motor Vehicles and Work Equipment Insurance' of the municipality of Apeldoorn.

The Client intends to conclude an insurance contract as of 1 January 2024, for the duration of two (2) years with the possibility of extending it four (4) times by one (1) year.

Purpose of the tender

On the basis of this European public procurement procedure, the Client aims to reach a framework agreement with one (1) Contractor in accordance with the Procurement Act 2012, who can ensure a high-quality service at the most attractive price possible for the Motor Vehicle and Work Equipment Insurance.

Duration and contract form

The starting date for the agreement is 1 January 2024. The term of the agreement is two (2) years. After that, the agreement can be extended four times for a period of 12 months. The agreement ends by operation of law on 31 December 2029 without written notice being required by the Client. If the Parties wish to extend the agreement, they will notify you no later than 4 months before the expiry of the agreement.

Scope of the assignment

The amount mentioned is an indication, therefore no rights can be derived from the said amount.
