1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of technical equipment and software for the WFDiF internet portal as part of the project: "Digital reconstruction and digitization of Polish feature, documentary and animated films to ensure access in all distribution fields (cinema, television, Internet, mobile devices) and preservation for future generations of Polish film heritage "(hereinafter also" order ").

2. Name and code of the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 32420000-3; 32320000-2.

3. Where there is a reference to a specific type of standards in the Terms of Reference and annexes to the Terms of Reference, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to the Employer's requirements. The Contractor who, in order to demonstrate that the subject of the contract meets the requirements of the contract, refers to equivalent solutions specified by the Employer, is obliged to demonstrate that the subject of the contract offered by him meets the requirements set by the Employer.
4. Requirements for the Contractor:
1) The Contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions indicated for the subject of the contract;
2) due diligence is required when performing the contractual obligations;
3) the arrangements and decisions regarding the performance of the contract will be agreed by the Employer with the Contractor's representative;
4) the Contractor's determination of contact phones, fax number and other arrangements necessary for the efficient and timely execution of the contract;
5) The Awarding Entity shall not be liable for damages caused by the Contractor during the performance of the subject of the contract;
