Ongoing maintenance of cleanliness of real estate located in Szczecin at ul. Strzelecka, ul. 5th of July, ul. Kusociński, ul. Krasińskiego, ul. Łucznicza and ul. Zakopiańska, owned by Szczeciński TBS Sp. z o. o
The subject of the contract is to perform ongoing cleanliness, including maintaining proper order, sanitary and aesthetic condition of the parts intended for shared use by residents of building properties owned by the Employer and the adjacent external surface located in Szczecin at:
1.1. ul. Strzelecka No. 3a and street: Strzelecka No. 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d and ul. Strzelecka nr 5e, 5f, 5g, 5h, ul. 5th of July No. 25, street: 5th of July No. 27, 27a, 27b, 27c;
1.2. ul. Kusocińskiego 39, 39a, 39b, street. J. Kusocińskiego 41, 41a, 41b, 41c, 41d, ul. J. Kusocińskiego 43, 43a, 43b, 43c, 43d, ul. J. Kusocińskiego 45, 45a, ul. J. Kusocińskiego 47, 47a, 47b, ul. J. Kusociński 49, 49a, 49b;
1.3. ul. Krasińskiego No. 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and ul. Krasińskiego No. 44a, 45 and street: Krasińskiego nr 46, 46a, 46b, 47, 47a, 48, ul. Łucznicza No. 12, 12a, 14, 16, 16a, 18 and ul. Łucznicza No. 20, 20a, 22, 22a, 24, 24a, 26 and ul. Łucznicza No. 28, 28a, 30, 30a, 32, 32a, 34, 34a and ul. Łucznicza No. 36, 36a, 38, 38a, 40, 40a, 42, 42a;

with usable floor space of premises: 48 764.40 m
The external surface includes, among others, green areas, sidewalks (including the sidewalk at Kusocińskiego St. - Pionierów housing estate - Annex 1e to the Terms of Reference), gutters (hollow between the street, roadway for vehicles and the sidewalk and its edge for draining rainwater ), on footways, parking spaces for vehicles, playgrounds, separate areas for the collection of municipal waste, etc.
