The contract project includes preventive and corrective maintenance services on Orly Airport SNA-RP equipment, general airfields and buildings at the Athis-Mons Civil Aviation Complex. The licensee will also provide advisory service to NAPS-PRs. The general airfields are the aerodromes of Melun-Villaroche, Toussus-le-Noble, Pontoise, Lognes, Chavenay-Villepreux, Meaux-Esbly, Saint-Cyr-l'École and the heliport of Issy-les-Moulineaux as well as the advanced antennas of Étampes/Morigny and Champcueil.

The consultation aims at multi-technical maintenance and small work on the SNA-RP equipment at Orly Airport, general airfields and buildings of the Athis-Mons Civil Aviation Complex. The proposed contract includes preventive and corrective maintenance services of low-voltage electricity including relamping, fire fighting goods and SSI detection systems, HVAC installations including piloting facilities, plumbing facilities including ECS and water treatment, secondary networks, EU networks, second-work and control of barriers and ILS of doors, certain CCTV equipment, digicode and door closures equipment (including strikes and suction cups) and the enclosure covered including waterproofing. 3D service (deratization, disinsection, disinfection) is also included. The holder shall carry out the maintenance of the equipment of the technical areas listed above, take care of the supply of consumables and spare parts as well as the supply of regularly updated operating documents. In addition, the licensee will provide advisory services to NAPS-PRs on facility pilotage, operational maintenance management of the equipment and facilities fleet, and significant improvements that are not maintenance related to maintenance.
