The unemployment insurance compensation office (SECO-TC) is the responsible body for unemployment insurance at the federal level. SECO-TC is writing a project to optimize the advice of jobseekers on the RAV. This prepares RAV advice for future challenges.

Together with several interested cantons of German and western Switzerland, SECO-TC has launched 2 subprojects in the form of experimental field trials. The subprojects are outlined in the appendix. The first consists of an intensive training for personnel consultants; the second from an increased contact density.

For both sub-projects, SECO-TC is looking for experts in project management, consulting or coaching (lot 1) as well as evaluators (lot 2).
