The city of Waren (Müritz) would like to award the maintenance of green spaces for the urban area of Waren for the year 2023 with the option of extension until 2028 at the latest. 5 lots were formed according to location:

- Lot 1 Urban area Waren West and Waren Nord with northern outer locations

- Lot 2 Urban area Waren Mitte and Waren Süd

- Lot 3 urban area Waren Ost, Papenberg, Kiebitzberg

- Lot 4 Park Mühlenberg in Waren Nord

- Lot 5 Park Nesselberg in the urban area Waren Süd, Papenberg

The scope of services includes:

- Care of woody areas, perennials, rose areas, vines and tree discs as well as their pruning and watering

- Mowing of the lawns, in autumn foliage recording

- Cleaning of unpaved and paved surfaces with stairs

- Picking up and disposing of garbage

- Hedge pruning, shrub cutting, young growth pruning on the slope

- Plant, care for and water alternating piles in beds, tubs and flower columns, including bulbs
