The subject of the contract is the supply of laboratory reagents and small disposable laboratory equipment, along with the lease of devices for the needs of the Medical Diagnostic Laboratory of the Paediatric Hospital in Bielsko-Biała, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Contract specified in Appendix No. 2 (Assortment and Price Form) to the Terms of Reference. In the present proceedings, with respect to the packages indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, the Contracting Authority expects the conclusion of lease and lending agreements.
