Lot 1: Interim storage, transport and disposal of excavated material
In the course of the above-mentioned construction measures, excavated material is produced which, depending on its origin, can be contaminated with different pollutants or can no longer be installed on site due to its soil mechanical properties. Therefore, after the declaration analysis has been carried out, the material must be taken over from the construction site, the storage area of the construction company and disposed of properly and without damage.
If excavated material cannot be stored on the construction site or a storage area of the construction company until it is disposed of, the material is stored in an interim storage facility of the contractor. The transport to the interim storage facility is either carried out by the executing construction company or the excavated material is collected by the contractor.
The sampling, analysis and classification (declaration) of the excavated material is carried out by the client (client) in accordance with relevant guidelines (LAGA PN 98, LfU Landfill – Info 3 as well as key issues paper, Landfill Ordinance).
The subject of the tender is the interim storage, transport and proper disposal of excavated material of different load classes in an approved disposal facility, landfill or tipping point. As standard, the transport takes place via the contractor, occasionally the excavated material is delivered by the construction company.
Loading is usually carried out by the executing construction company.

Lot 2: Transport and disposal or disposal of road demolition
In the course of the above-mentioned construction measures, road demolition occurs, which can have a different amount of tar or pitch depending on the origin. Therefore, after the declaration analysis has been carried out, the material must be taken over from the construction site or interim storage facility of the construction site and disposed of in an orderly manner.
The sampling, analysis and classification (declaration) of the excavated material is carried out by the client (client) in accordance with relevant guidelines (LAGA PN 98, LfU leaflet 3.4/1).
The subject of the tender is the transport and proper disposal of the declared road demolition in an approved disposal facility, landfill or tipping point. Occasionally, the delivery of the declared road demolition is carried out by the construction company, which means that the provision of services is limited to proper disposal.
Loading is usually carried out by the executing construction company. In exceptional cases, especially in the case of very small measures, loading must be carried out via a self-loader of the contractor (AN).
