Due to Carlisle and surrounding rural areas being distributed over a large area, the council are looking to procure a two framework of available disposal sites for the kerbside green waste.

Depending on location of collection rounds (and taking waiting times and gate fees into consideration) a decision will be made as to the most cost-effective site to take each round’s green waste to.
