The tender concerns the supply of toys to the following contracting municipalities:

- Faaborg-Midfyn Municipality

- Kerteminde Municipality

- Langeland Municipality

- Municipality of Nordfyn

- Nyborg Municipality

The invitation to tender concerns the supply of toys to entities and institutions of the contracting entity.

The term of the contract offered is a maximum of 48 months. The term of the agreement and the terms of termination are set out in the draft framework agreement.

For a detailed description of products and product groups, including the requirements to be met, please refer to the descriptions below, draft framework agreement, Appendix 1 - Offer list, Appendix 2 - Specification of requirements as well as any adjustments and answers to questions, cf. section 1.4.

The tendered framework agreement is expected to be concluded with up to three suppliers as three parallel agreements. This is to ensure as wide and competitive a range as possible throughout the agreement period. However, this may be transferred to two or one supplier in the event that only two or one conditional(/hr) offer is received.
