Procurement of the active components for the network infrastructure of the primary schools in the Verbandsgemeinde Elbe-Heide

With the DigitalPakt Schule, the federal government supports the states and municipalities in investing in the digital education infrastructure. The goals of the Digital Pact are the nationwide development of a modern digital education infrastructure under the primacy of pedagogy. Within this framework, four municipal schools in the Verbandsgemeinde of Elbe-Heide are to be equipped with hardware for further digital development.

Initial situation at the school locations

The schools are to receive a nationwide Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi coverage is planned for indoor use only. All four schools are equipped with WAN connection, the network infrastructure is prepared. Network cabinets are available in the schools.

The devices to be purchased are assembled and connected by the customer.

The contractor should then set up, configure and commission these devices.

Because Cisco Meraki is managed entirely from the cloud, this simplifies installation and remote management. Cisco components are already installed at several of the client's locations and remote administration is centrally organized. Third-party devices are not supported in the Cisco Meraki Cloud dashboard. Contrary to the normally required product-neutral tender, only the required types must therefore be offered here.

The contract will be awarded to the cheapest offer.

If one of the bidders does not meet the minimum requirements, the corresponding offer will not be evaluated.
