maintenance in operational condition of EC 145 helicopters of the French State
The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to maintain in operational condition the EC 145 helicopters of the French State, their mission equipment and certain means of support. The fleet to be supported consists of:
-48 EC 145 helicopters (33 for TSDMB and 15 for DGN),
-Mission equipment, including:
O search lighthouse system,
o winch assembly,
o external load carrying system (commonly called Sling),
O emergency buoyancy system.
Over the duration of the framework agreement, the fleet of 48 helicopters is expected to suffer deflation until all aircraft are withdrawn from service.
As an indication, the main expected services are:
-The supply of different operating packages and their completion,
-the provision of all spare parts for intermediate, annual and periodic visits carried out by users,
-the provision of spare parts necessary for corrective maintenance and exchanges of oae at the end of potential,
-the provision of spare parts for NSO support of the means of support, the maintenance of those left to the responsibility of the industrialist,
-the carrying out of certain maintenance visits (Vp) under load-shedding,
-the establishment of an Internet portal allowing exchanges between users and the holder,
-various technical services, including:
O the provision and updating of technical documentation,
o central technical assistance,
o the technical facts,
o the provision of repair solutions, ta, ts, fcaf or Aseo,
O support for Euronav, CMA 3000 and 9000, PGS Vision software,
O the storage of aircraft on a site of the holder after their withdrawal from service.
