Planning services for property planning buildings to be provided as part of the general renovation of the kindergarten and the gym in Ettlingen-Schluttenbach. In some cases, parts up to LPH 3 have already been completed that are no longer the subject of the award. Initially, only up to service phase 4 is commissioned, the other service phases are awarded optionally (5-7 and 8-9).

The former elementary school in Schluttenbach was built in 1968/1969 as a two-story facility. The adjoining sports hall is an uninsulated reinforced concrete structure that was planned and designed as a school sports hall. The former classrooms have a monopitch roof. The adjoining hallways and side rooms as well as the sports hall were given flat roofs. The wall elements and roofs are poorly insulated, the floor slab not at all. The windows have a low U-value corresponding to the year of construction. B. in the hallways and the sports hall they are still made with single-pane glazing. The interior fittings, the electrical and HLS technology correspond to the simple structural standard of the time. The entire technology no longer corresponds to the current state of the art.

The objective is therefore a future-oriented renovation concept with floor plan optimization in accordance with Room book, among other things for the creation of an additional flu group, and an energetic renovation to "insulation EnEV new building standard with heat pump".
