Repair, renewal, extension and maintenance of electrical installations to be carried out in the buildings of the French Community and the Liège SPABS, located in the territory managed by the Liège regional directorate of the general infrastructure directorate (DR Liège) as part of its mission.
Buildings managed by the regional management of Liège (lot 1: geographic area of Verviers)The works which are the subject of this framework agreement (therefore of each of the three lots) are of two types:
- repair work;
- renewal, extension and maintenance work.
The two types of work each include:
a) the supply and placement of all the elements provided for in the plans and / or in the order quantity;
b) the execution in the rules of the art of all masonry and repair work relating to the placement of the various devices mentioned above;
c) the regular removal of rubble and worthless and useless materials from the works of the company, as well as their transport, at the expense and by the care of the contractor to specific landfills according to regulations. The restoration of perfect cleanliness of the various premises where the work was carried out;
d) RF painting and tightening;
e) the complete service of the installation, including the supply of the labor necessary for the operation of the installation, the adjustment and the maintenance of all the devices, during the period of operation of the installation and during the testing period prior to provisional acceptance. Fuel, water and electricity are provided by the administration;
f) until final acceptance, regular examination of the operating and maintenance conditions of the installations;
g) the additional services defined order by order such as:
- briefing the staff of the French Community;
- specific tests;
- maintenance of the installations between provisional acceptance and final acceptance.
Buildings managed by the regional management of Liège (lot 2: geographical area of Liège)The works which are the subject of this framework agreement (therefore of each of the three lots) are of two types:
- repair work;
- renewal, extension and maintenance work.
The two types of work each include:
