The administration building of the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Saarland at Martin-Luther-Strasse 2-4 / corner Egon-Reinert-Strasse in 66111 Saarbrücken is to be renovated.

The building consists of 3 parts. The gross floor area of the building is 19,700.00 m2 and the gross volume is 60,000.00 m3. The administration building was built in 1951. It has been a listed building since 2001. The renovation will take place in one construction phase.

As part of the renovation project of the existing building of the German Pension Insurance Saarland, services for the delivery and installation of gates/fences (metal) are to be provided. A maintenance contract with a term of four (4) years will also be put out to tender. An order is only placed for the main service. The client reserves the right to award any inspection at a later date. These inspections can also be outsourced to other companies, not commissioned or carried out by the client himself.

As part of the renovation project of the existing building of the German Pension Insurance Saarland, services for the delivery and installation of gates/fences (metal) are to be provided:

- 2 cantilevered sliding gates

- 1 piece single swing gate

- 3 pieces of garage doors

- 30m Frontgitterzaun

- 101m Gitterzaun
