- a device with an electromagnet power of not less than 6 kW,
- device designed to work on a conveyor belt width 140 cm,
- device designed for longitudinal position relative to the conveyor
with raw material,
- device equipped with chain slings.
As part of the description of the item of the order, the Ordering Party encapsulates the drawing of the hall, the sorting scheme and the design documentation consisting of architectural drawings and landscaping. 4) Scope of delivery, assembly and commissioning of the device:
- a factory complete new device, not a prototype, intended for continuous operation, designed for operation in a non-insulated hall, equipped with equipment for commissioning and operation at negative temperatures, designed for operation in a dusty environment, protected from damage caused by rodents,
- descriptions and menus of devices in English,
- CE marked device,
- a device with lifetime software licenses,
- a device that does not require connection to the Internet of the Ordering Party at start-up and subsequent operation,
- device filled with consumable fluids,
- a device equipped with a control cabinet and any elements of automation necessary to be included in the system of line automation, commissioning and functioning,
- the provision of a crane for the time of unloading of the device, for the duration of installation of the telescopic loader device, forklift, basket lift according to the needs of the Contractor on the contracting side,
- complete mechanical and electrical installation of the device in the indicated place in the hall, complete wiring between the control cabinet and the device,
- connection to the power supply provided by the Contracting Authority,
- commissioning and adjusting the operation of the device
- training in Polish of the Contracting Authority personnel in the field of operation and ongoing maintenance of the device,
- transmission of device documentation, including, among others, technical and movement documentation, installation schemes, EC declaration of conformity of the device, electrical measurements, position instructions, risk assessment. The documentation of the device will be complete to the extent necessary for verification to give the entire segregation line CE marking. Documentation will be transmitted in 2 copies in Polish, in paper and electronic form on a durable medium, paper documentation
in binders with machine-described ridges with information on the name of the Ordering Party, the name of the Tenderer, the name of the task within which the delivery was completed, the name of the device,
- in case of color selection - RAL 6002 device,
- participation in the efficiency trials of the waste segregation line.
- The minimum warranty period for the subject of the order is 12 months and 4000 working hours depending on what comes first.
