1. The subject of the contract is the provision of winter maintenance services for provincial roads managed by the West Pomeranian Voivodship Road Authority in Koszalin in the area of operation of the Provincial Roads Region in Stargard, divided into 8 tasks:

Task No. 1 – road 147 (Wierzbięcin – Strzmiele)

Task No. 2 – road No. 144 (Nowogard – Dobra), 146 (Dobra – Strzmiele)

Task No. 3 – road 144 (Dobra – Chociwel), 146 (Jenikowo – Dobra),

Task No. 4 – road 106 (Golczewo – Jenikowo)

Task No. 5 – road 111 (Recław – road 3), 113 (Goleniów Airport – Maszewo), 141 (Przemocze – Darż)

Task No. 6 – road 142 (Szczecin – Lisowo)

Task No. 7 – road no. 106 (Jenikowo – Warnice)

Task No. 8 – road no. 151 (Węgorzyno – Recz)

1. The task shall include:

Snow removal of the roadway along the entire width as in the Description of the Subject of the Order,

Snow removal with slippery removal with moistened salt,

Snow removal with slippery removal with a mixture of sand and salt,

Removing slippery with salt moistened,

Removing slippery mixture of sand and salt,

Work of a grader or loader or backhoe - loader with a plow when removing drifts, widening lanes, breaking snow cartridges, etc.

2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

(1) The scope of the services consists in the repetition of similar services, the scope of which is consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract.

2) The scope of services is set at up to the net amount – PLN 188,227.00;

3) The basis for determining the conditions for execution of the like order is the basic contract and negotiations carried out with the contractor.

Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ all persons performing activities covered by the scope of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, i.e. equipment / vehicle operators (drivers) for each of the tasks. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors – the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract appropriate provisions obliging Subcontractors to employ all persons performing the above-mentioned activities on the basis of an employment relationship.
