The following services are the subject of the contract:

— the municipal nursery school “Girotondo” in Piazza Gobetti, in its entirety management and organizational (educational and auxiliary staff), with the sole exception of the management of the collection of registrations, the formation of the ranking, the programming of the inclusion of users, the collection of frequency fees from families and any regional or state contributions (investigation and collection) ), as well as the management of the kitchen,

— the play space “Il Trenino” in via Lago di Como in its entirety management and organizational (educational and auxiliary staff), with the sole exception of the management of the collection of inscriptions, the collection of attendance fees from households and any regional or state contributions (investigation and collection).

The following services are the subject of the contract:

1) the municipal nursery school “Girotondo” in Piazza Gobetti, in its entirety management and organizational (educational and auxiliary staff), with the sole exception of managing the collection of registrations, the formation of the ranking, the programming of the inclusion of users, the collection of frequency fees from families and any regional or state contributions (investigation and collection) ), as well as the management of the kitchen;

2) the play space “Il Train” of Via Lago di Como in its entire management and organizational (educational and auxiliary staff), with the sole exception of managing the collection of inscriptions, the collection of attendance fees from households and any regional or state contributions (investigation and collection).

Purpose, organizational methods and performance of the various services, as well as the related charges are described in the continuation of this specifications and in the tender documentation in general.

Duration of the contract the contract starts from 30.8.2021 to 5.8.2023, without the possibility of renewal/extension. The actual date of start and end may be subject to changes that depend on the planning of the educational year by the Municipality.

Scope of the contract — the services required will be related to the number of services/users/services that the municipal administration intends to schedule and therefore are not quantifiable a priori.

As an indication only, for competing companies, are illustrated in the attached document C of the tender proceedings, “project for the procurement of the Girotondo nursery service and the Il Trenino play space”, the number of sections and hours, divided by each service, according to the methods currently in place. Consequently, the number of hours may still be increased or decreased even significantly in relation to the actual needs (registrations, resources, times, etc.).

The alleged value of the contract is estimated at EUR 1 122 873.17, excluding VAT, as determined in the abovementioned Annex C prospectus, which forms an integral and substantial part of the present tender procedure.
