The purpose of this contract is to supply computer network infrastructure equipment for the Ifame Liège-Huy-Verviers ASBL centre.
The present contract is divided into two lots, namely:
— batch 1: supply of network hardware (Access point wifi, Access switch, firewalls,...) and related software/licenses;
— Batch 2: supply of computer servers.
The lots in this contract contain two identical required options, namely:
— option 1: basic installation and parameterization of the hardware. The bidder will include in its bid the cost of installing and basic settings of acquired hardware and software/licenses;
— option 2: IT support service (three-year support) .The bidder will provide in its offer a support service for the various products offered. This support service will need to provide remote and on-site assistance.
Lot 1: supply of network hardware (Access point wifi, Access switch, firewalls,...) and related software/licensesThe adjudicator carried out a pre-implantation study and made a choice of topology. The network equipment must allow for a homogeneous installation, so the bidder must propose elements compatible with each other.
Implementation is scheduled from 8.2021 to 12.2021, subject to technical concerns, but the delivery of the hardware will be scheduled in several times.
Batch 2: supply of computer servers.The adjudicator carried out a pre-implantation study and made a choice of topology. The network equipment must allow for a homogeneous installation, so the bidder must propose elements compatible with each other.
Implementation is scheduled from 8.2021 to 12.2021, subject to technical concerns, but the delivery of the hardware will be scheduled in several times.
In addition, the bidder will indicate the operating systems it can provide for the proposed servers as well as the licenses, tools, security software, etc. that are included as standard.
The bidder will indicate, for servers, the electricity consumption and will also specify the sound level of the servers (in dB).
The bidder will indicate the specifications and standards to which the devices meet.
The bidder will also indicate other applicable environmental standards that it may propose.
