This is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders. The successful incumbent will be in charge of collective catering for Tisseo employees in the form of self-service. He/she may also be required to carry out event services. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 3 years from 3/06/2024. It is renewable 2 times for periods of 1 year. For the initial period, commitment of a maximum amount of 4,500,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). For each renewal, commitment for a maximum annual amount of 1,500,000 euro(s) (excluding VAT). The estimated value set out in this notice is the sum of the maximum amounts over the total term (including renewals). Annual estimates are given in the Bill of Quantities.
