The purpose of the Agreement to be concluded is to be unburdened in inspecting and advising the Locations in the Client's Real Estate Portfolio, so that the quality of the Real Estate Portfolio is transparent in the VGMIS and maintenance budgets can be made for several years. The Client is looking for experts who carry out the right combination of inspections and advice within the set time, at real costs and satisfaction of the Locations.
