Framework agreement for the supply and transport of natural gas supplying the delivery points of the members of the group. These delivery points are listed in the annex to the commitment act of the framework agreement for existing delivery points and for the delivery points that members intend to link in the course of the market (sites currently at market price). or under type P1 operating contract, or whose commissioning is planned during the duration of the contract or new site).

Subsequent contracts will be awarded on the basis of this framework agreement. The framework agreement procedure and its subsequent contracts are concluded without commitment of amounts or quantities in accordance with Article 78 of Decree No 2016-360.

The overall volume of the market is likely to vary within a range of +/- 10%, depending on the attachment and detachment of delivery points that may occur during the subsequent market.
