design and build the mixed-used scheme to include:

— Liaison with residents of existing properties, shops, Parochial Church Council, Youth Centre and Co-operative Store (Due to stay in place at the centre of the regeneration);

— Liaison with WCH with regards to decants and phasing of the scheme;

— Demolition and asbestos removal;

— Service diversion and temporary connections;

— New Connections;

— Remediation and ecological measures;

— Provision for New Church;

— Provision For New Youth Centre;

— Provision of circa 6 Shop Units;

— Provision of circa 32 houses/bungalows;

— Provision of circa 24 flats;

— External works to include parking, landscaping and highways; and;

— Refurbishment of the existing Co-operative store.
