The subject of the contract is Successive deliveries of diesel oil and heating oil for Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o.o. in Ciechanów for 2023 divided into the following tasks:

1. Part 1 - Delivery of diesel fuel to tanks located in the area of RZGOKw Wola Pawłowska municipality of Ciechanów in the amount of up to 300 000 liters

2. Part 2 - Delivery of light fuel oil in an estimated amount of up to 40,000 liters to the oil boiler room located in the RZGOK building in Wola Pawłowska.

Delivery of diesel fuel to tanks located at the landfill in Wola Pawłowska municipality of Ciechanów in the amount of up to 300,000 liters

1) Diesel fuel with parameters specified in the Polish Standard PN-EN 590 with a pos. as amended, taking into account the parameters in summer and winter, depending on weather conditions, other parameters in accordance with the relevant regulation on quality requirements for liquid fuels.

2) Requirements for the Contractor:

a) The Contractor should supply diesel fuel in accordance with the current requirements of the regulations governing the method of transporting fuel

b) The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the fuel supplied and is obliged to present with the delivery a current fuel quality certificate, certified by the manufacturer or the certificate of an accredited laboratory, in Polish. The certificate shall be linked to the proof of delivery or issue by the number and date of delivery or issue.

c) The Contractor must ensure the continuity of deliveries to the Ordering Party during the term of the contract and guarantee the implementation of one-off deliveries within max. 24 hours from the notification of such a need by the Ordering Party sent via e-mail, fax or telephone.

d) the maximum one-time delivery of diesel fuel to the tanks located at the landfill in Wola Pawłowska is up to 10,000 liters, and deliveries will take place successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party at least 4 times a month.

3) The Ordering Party may take a smaller number of liters of ON than shown in the SWZ (however, the minimum level of contract performance will be 80%) and the Contractor will not have the right to claim remuneration for undelivered quantities of oil.

Delivery of light fuel oil in an estimated amount of up to 40,000 liters to the oil boiler room located in the RZGOK building in Wola Pawłowska.

1) Fuel oil must meet the quality requirements set out in the PN-C-96024:2011 standard, grade L1 and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008). and have the following minimum parameters:

a) density: at 15°C - max 0,860 kg/l

(b) calorific value not less than 42,6 MJ/kg

c) sulphur content max.0,1%

(d) solid impurities content not more than 24 mg/kg

e) water content max. 200mg/kg

2) The volume of a one-time delivery of fuel oil will be up to 10,000 liters to the boiler room located at the landfill in Wola Pawłowska. The amount of each delivery of fuel oil shall be determined by the Ordering Party according to current needs.

3) The Ordering Party may take a smaller number of liters of OO than shown in this SWZ (however, the minimum level of contract performance will be 80%) and the Contractor will not have the right to claim remuneration for undelivered quantities of oil.
