the public contract is a framework agreement that sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement is concluded with a minimum and a maximum expressed in quantity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 1 ° of the Public Procurement Code. The contractual quantities for the entire duration of the public contract are indicated in Annex No. 01 to the CCTP: Catalogue of Needs. The public contract is treated at unit prices fixed in the unit price schedule (Bpu) of the lot concerned

All the supplies that can be ordered are described in the special technical clauses (Cctp) and in Annex No. 01 of the CCTP: catalogue of needs. The estimated quantities for the duration of the contract are set out in Annex No. 01 of the CCTP: Catalogue of Requirements. These quantities have no contractual value. They are only used for the analysis of offers. The estimated amounts per lot are indicated in the consultation by-law. The public contract is single-awarded for all the lots with the exception of lots 25/29/35/39/41.For the latter, the public contract is multi-awarded so that the University Hospital of Rennes can have a panel of medical devices and implants likely to meet the different patients to be taken care of. The procedures for awarding purchase orders between the different holders are as follows:The public contract will be awarded to a maximum of 2 separate holders subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders. The percentage of units ordered within twelve months will be relative to the ranking of the successful bidders. The percentage of units ordered will be distributed among the holders as follows: Lot 25 1st 60% - 2nd 40%lot 29 1st 50% - 2nd 50%lot 35 1st 60% - 2nd 40%lot 39 1st 80% - 2nd 20%lot 41 1st 60% - 2nd 40% if only one tender is received, the Rennes University Hospital will be able to award the contract to a single bidder. For lots 24/25/26/31/32/33/34/35/36/37/38/39/40/41/42/43/44/49/50/52/53/67 the public contract is concluded for an initial period from its date of notification to 30 September 2023. For lots 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14/22/23/27/28/29/30 the public contract is concluded for an initial period from 01 December 2022 (or from its date of notification if it is later than the date initially planned) to 30 September 2023. For lots 15/16/17/18/19/20/21/45/46/47/48/51/54/55/56/57/58/59/60/61/62/63/64/65/66 the public contract is concluded for an initial period from 01 April 2023 (or from its date of notification if later than the date initially planned) to 30 September 2023
