LOT 22 Carpentry and finishing work

The Central Saxony District Office is planning to establish a campus for "green professions" at the Freiberg-Zug site. The subject of the tender is the carpentry and finishing work in the interior of the main building. The tender includes the reinforcement of wooden beams by means of steel profiles and their support, the upgrading of the existing explosive structure, the laying of an insulation layer as well as F90 wall cladding and an F90 drywall in the attic.

Scope of services for carpentry and finishing work: 3 pieces of reinforcement wooden beam ceiling (2 U180 L = approx. 4.50 m each), 10 m² reinforcement of the side wall load transfer, 420 m² insulation layer F30, walk-in, 25 m² fire protection partition F90 attic, 20 m² fire protection clothing F90
