The subject of the contract is: Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality and City of Nowe Brzesko in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. and collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Municipality and City of Nowe Brzesko in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. and collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 "Detailed description of the subject of the contract".
The Contractor's duties shall, in particular, include:
1. Equipping free of charge and at its own expense real estate declared by the Ordering Party in the area of the Municipality and the City of Nowe Brzesko with the necessary containers (containers) for the collection of mixed waste, as well as collection of containers after the end of the contract.
2. Equipping free of charge and at its own expense real estate declared by the Ordering Party in the area of the Municipality and the City of Nowe Brzesko with the necessary bags for selective collection of municipal waste.
3. Equipping free of charge and at its own expense real estate declared by the Ordering Party in the area of the Municipality and the City of Nowe Brzesko with bags necessary to collect bottom ash.
4. Collection, transport and management of mixed and separately collected municipal waste.
5. Collection, transport and management of bulky waste and electrical and electronic equipment, during door-to-door collection once during the term of the contract.
6. Collection, transport and management of bottom ash.
7. Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.
