The Söderberg and Partners group, represented by S&P Norwegian Broker AS and S&P Garde AS, will use this procurement for joint procurements on behalf of its municipal customers. The procurement includes customers served by both S&P Norwegian Broker AS and S&P Garde AS.

Comprises 84 municipalities before the municipality merger reform, and 66 municipalities after the municipality merger reform, as well as 2 counties before the county merger reform and 1 county after the county merger reform. In addition the procurement includes a number of KF, IKS and municipal companies.
