The purpose of this call for tenders is to take out statutory insurance contracts for the group of orders formed between the City of Saint Marcellin and the Ccas La Ville De Saint Marcellin.With the aim of pooling skills and optimizing the budget, it was decided to set up a group of orders in application of the provisions of the Public Procurement Code, approved by all executive bodies of all members of the Grouping. The City of Saint Marcellin, represented by its Mayor, plays the role of coordinator of the group and is responsible for the procedure for awarding the contract or contracts to be intervened. The coordinator will sign and notify the contracts for the whole consortium. Each member of the grouping will perform the contract as far as it is concerned
