The subject of the contract are deliveries of pork, beef, beef and pork offal, venison for CRR KRUS NIWA during the term of the contract. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, requirements and obligations of the Contractor related to its implementation are included in the SWZ and in the annexes to the SWZ, including the attachment Assortment of the order – Spreadsheet specifying the price of the offer, in the Offer Form and in the draft contract. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the installation and installation works as part of the supply contract. The Contracting Authority shall not allow partial bids to be submitted. The subject-matter of the present proceedings is a separate part of the contract for the supply of poultry and poultry offal, pork, beef, beef offal, venison, poultry sausages, poultry delicatessen products, sausages and offal of pork and beef to meet the identified need for food for persons using the Centre's services.
