The subject of the contract is: the provision of transport services for the provision of students from Gdańsk Municipality to educational institutions and special schools in the school year 2021/2022. The subject of the contract was divided into 2 tasks: 1. The transfer of approximately 40 students to the Primary School No. 82 of them. Prof. J. Czochralskiego, 26 Radarowa Street, Gdańsk
2. 3 students are commanded to Autism without taboo in Pruszczz Gdański Street, Powstańcy Warszawy 2 and to the Kindergarten and Integration Point “Tuptus” in Pruszczz Gdański Street.

Due to the average amount of students in the course, the contracting officer envisages the service can be provided by one large bus or two smaller buses.
• The transport contractor will provide services every day on the days of study and on the schedule of transport determined with the director of the educational institution concerned. The Contractor shall inform the GCUW in writing of the set timetable, in accordance with the provisions in the contract template.
• The Contractor shall confirm the established collection points with the Directorate of the educational establishment, as informed by the Contractor.
• On average, the daily number of courses on the route is: 3 commands and 4 cancellations. The facility is two-shift operation between 07:00 and 17:15. Students start and finish at different times. The average amount of students in a single course is 10-12, and in morning (starting classes) and afternoon (graduating classes) courses are about 18. The final number of students will be dependent on the plan of the individual classes.
• The Contractor's task will be:
(a) setting the optimal route taking into account the following stops and the total number of pupils:

THE CONTRACTOR DETERMINES THE OPTIMAL ROUTES BASED ON THE DATA PROVIDED.

The vehicle should be selected to the number of pupils, assuming a possible increase of 5 people. When designating the route, it is necessary to take care of the welfare of the passengers, without compromising too long passage.
