The subject of this tender is the provision of services within the scope of removal and forwarding services according to the client's specifications

The aim is to cover the demand for relocation and, in some cases, freight forwarding services through a framework agreement with a core term of one (1) year including a three-time extension option for a further one (1) year at a time.

The scope of services includes office moves, data-protected file and book transports as well as

Laboratory moves, especially highly sensitive equipment (also self-made). Other services can be provided in the following areas: Content

of the order, in particular transports of special goods in various forms, incl.

transport of dead animals (in the context of national/international exhibitions) as well as storage;

the assembly and dismantling of furniture - including kitchen furniture (preparation for connection), as well as the

Loading and unloading of goods as well as, under certain circumstances, the provision of insurance cover and customs clearance.

The services offered must comply with the required legal provisions.
