The contract for the supply of miscellaneous masks includes the purchase:- alternative masks (or cloth masks or general public)- disposable masks which include:. Surgical masks (or masks for medical use). The Ffp2- masks of transparent window masks for lip readingthe procurement procedure used is: the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. The Framework Agreement with maximum is passed pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. The Framework Agreement is concluded without minimum and with maximum. Each lot will be awarded to a maximum of 2 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders)
