Supply with the associated services of installation and commissioning, of computers and accessories for users and for spaces within the scope of the Administration of Justice of the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory, divided into 5 lots and financed with European funds MRR.

The purpose of this lot is the contracting of the supply of 2,537 laptops, together with accessories and necessary software / licenses associated with the hardware, complementary equipment for spaces consisting of 726 keyboards, table mice and Dockstation and the cables necessary for its operation and 890 laptop chargers. The following concepts are included in this contract:

a) Supply of the equipment, together with the corresponding accessories and software / licenses necessary for its correct operation.

b) Delivery to the facilities indicated by the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory

The purpose of this batch is to contract the supply of 989 desktop computers (mini PC) with WebCam compatible monitor, together with accessories and necessary software / licenses associated with the hardware.

In this contract, the following concepts are included:

a) Supply of equipment, together with the corresponding accessories and software / licenses necessary for its correct operation.

b) Delivery to the facilities indicated by the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory

The purpose of this batch is the contracting of the supply of 9,905 Monitors with WebCam together with accessories and necessary software / licenses associated with the hardware.

In this contract, the following concepts are included:

a) Supply of equipment, together with the corresponding accessories and software / licenses necessary for its correct operation.

b) Delivery to the facilities indicated by the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory

The purpose of this batch is to contract the supply of 488 desktop scanners along with accessories and necessary software/licenses associated with the hardware.

In this contract, the following concepts are included:

a) Supply of equipment, together with the corresponding accessories and software / licenses necessary for its correct operation.

b) Delivery to the facilities indicated by the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory

The purpose of this lot is the contracting of the reception, installation and commissioning of the equipment object of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 of this tender.

In this contract, the following concepts are included:

a) Reception, shipment to destination, delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4

b) Planning and monitoring of the deployment of equipment in coordination with the Department of Justice, Rights and Memory and with the actors determined by the Department

(c) Removal of replaced equipment
